A moment of zen at this #dwelloctoberstudio church to condo revival

This post is sponsored by Lowe’s Home Improvement, as always, all opinions are our own.

It's time to reveal the transformation of the #dwelloctoberstudio church to condo revival balcony! We teamed up with Lowe's to convert this underutilized space into an outdoor oasis just in time for spring. All of the products we used are available at Lowe's and prove that it's possible to create a chic outdoor space when working with a limited budget.

When designing this space, we were inspired by a neutral striped outdoor rug and used it as the backdrop for a cozy seating area. A black metal bistro set provides the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or read in the spring sunshine.

We introduced a lot of greenery to the space, including cement-look planters featuring a rubber tree and olive tree, as well as a railing planter. We filled the railing planter with a combination of boxwoods and white candytuft flowers that will grow as the weather warms up.

To finish off the space, we added rattan lanterns and black-and-white geometric throw pillows for a cozy feeling, no matter the time of day.
