Finding higher purpose with #dwelloctoberstudio at this church to condo revival

We're excited to kick off a new #dwelloctoberstudio project, a church to condo revival, where we'll be refreshing a historic one bedroom condo in downtown Salem, Massachusetts that was originally built as a church. As this renovation is on a tight timeline in order to capitalize on the busy spring real estate market, we're planning to use Wayfair products for the redesign. Wayfair has such a wide variety of home improvement products in stock and ships with lightning speed!

For this project, we were inspired by a chic Parisian apartment and are planning to use rich, moody colors, dark wood tones, and brass accents. Today, we're sharing our design for the bathroom renovation.

The tile will serve as the focal point of this space. We are planning to use large format marble-look porcelain tile on the walls of the walk-in shower to create a dramatic statement. We love how this tile creates a bold statement, while still being budget-friendly and low maintenance. For the floors, we'll use plum hexagon mosaic tile to complement the veining of the marble-inspired tile. 

A dark wood vanity with a curved silhouette and wavy brass mirror will give the bathroom a soft, organic feel. Brushed brass plumbing fixtures, lighting, and hardware will add warmth and richness to the space.

We can't wait to see how this bathroom renovation takes shape. We've already started receiving these fixtures from Wayfair and are thrilled with the quality and design.
